Breeder guarantees puppy to be healthy at time of sale. All puppies shall be vet checked before leaving breeder, if desired by buyer, at buyer's expense. While breeder will try to assess size of puppy, no guarantees are made.
The puppy has a 72 hour health guarantee from date of possession by buyer. During the 72 hour period, buyer must have the puppy examined by a liscensed veterinarian. If liscensed vet does not check puppy, there are no guarantees of any kind. If puppy is found to have untreatable condition within the 72 hours, he/she may be returned for puppy of equal value or credit for another pup, provided: Pup is in same condition as time of sale, and a written statement from vet as to reasons necessitating return along with contact information for the vet.
All dogs are sold as pet quality. This does not mean they are not show/breeding quality. No restrictions are put on the puppy unless otherwise stated. The breeder is liable only to the extent of the contract. No other guarantees, verbal or implied, will be honored.
